Dark Clothes for Dark Nights: Fly 53 and Gallows

FLY53 are a cult label specializing in muted, atmospheric clothes; All Saints with a rock and roll bite. Born into the world to ‘protect and serve the 24 hour party people’, the label can list Tim Burgess of the Charlatans, New Young Pony club, We Are Scientists, O Children and Tricky as fans of their 1970’s inspired attire.  To celebrate the launch of their new concept space in Selfridges they have invited Laurent Barnard of infamous hard-core punk band Gallows to perform a live DJ set.

As well as signed tees from the Gallows, there will be a limited number of FLY53 ornamental skulls to be given away to all customers who spend over £125. And if you’d love a skull but you just don’t have anywhere to take it, fear not! One fan will have the chance to win a pair of tickets to the Gallows sold out London gig.

So layer yourself up in knitwear and kohl, perfect a face which says ‘misery’ and ‘mystery’ all at once, and head to the FLY53 area in Selfridges Oxford St from 4-8pm on the 9^th Dec to revel in this decidedly edgy ambiance.
