Planet Notion: Are you looking forward to being the hostess with the mostess?
Amanda Lepore: Yes! Just wait and see.
PN: How long does it take the Queen of Glam to get ready?
AP: Anywhere from 2 to 5 hours.
PN: How does the London nightlife and Circus compare to the infamous escapades in New York?
AP: I think they’re very similar – lots of fashion, similar club personalities, people like to party and look great!
PN: You released your second album “I…Amanda Lapore” this year, did you encounter any challenges putting the record together?
AP: We took our time with album so I felt comfortable with the process. I found it more challenging preparing for my New York album release. It was challenging to sing with a band and learn all the choreography for the dance routines. I still had a great time and it seemed to work well with the crowd!
PN: What kind of record is it? What’s the vibe?
AP: There are various styles on this album: pop, electro, hip hop, disco, rock – it’s a melting pot of good music. Some of my favorite songs on the album are “Turn Me Over”, “Marilyn”, “Nails Done” and “Doing It My Way” video coming soon!
PN: Will you be getting involved with any other musical projects in the future?
AP: Yes, I will continue to tour and leave my options open for what ever comes next.
PN: What keeps you coming back to London year after year?
AP: My friends and the cute boys. I always have a good time in London.
PN: What does a party queen like yourself do when she’s not glamming up for a night on the town?
AP: Yoga, jewelling dresses and pasties, movies, romantic dinners, modeling and running errands. The “glamming” part is a lot easier LOL!
PN: What does Miss Lepore do on her downtime?
AP: I don’t think I have downtime!
PN: What are your ultimate glamour tips?
AP: Perfect waves, platinum hair, perfectly applied makeup, the highest heels, a tight dress, hormones, hormones, hormones and dilating my pussy. I like to keep my pussy open so I can breathe.
