Blondes Announce Album Deets; We Are Excited!

If you follow us on Twitter, then you’ll already be well-aware of our collective love, nay, obsession for the Oberlin, OH via Berlin duo Blondes and their hypnotic, pulsing, brilliant experimental electronica. We had the absolute pleasure of seeing them live back in May this year, and we’ve been jizzing out tits off whenever they release a new record. We’ve even asked for the vinyls for Christmas. It’s not often that a band unites the disparate musical forces in the office, but these boys have absolutely done that. anyway, opine over. They’re fucking great. And now they’ve released an album tracklist, which includes (*squee*) two new tunes, plus the deets of an entire remix record that’ll come packaged with the album, when it’s released on February 6th 2012 on RVNG Intl. And just look at those collaborators, some our our faves from the woprld of experimental electronica: JD Twitch of Optimo, Dungeon Acid, , John Roberts, TeengirlFantasy, Bicep, and Laurel Halo. to say we’re quite excited about this album would be an understatement. Expect more info on a February Tour, SXSW appearance and Us tour when we get it (which ain’t soon enough, frankly). Anyway, here’s the tracklist:
