Hippie Kids- BRAIN LOVE at Big Ol’ Brixton
Brainlove festival at The Windmill is full of music, arts, culture and love! And this May (the 26th to be exact) is bringing another wave of truly enjoyable ‘DIY music culture’, as described by Artrocker.
Located at The Brixton Windmill, expect underground and leftfield music coming our of your ears, to score some barbequed treats and be presented with some creative rarities on the stalls. It really is for the experimental and adventurous at heart, founded by London indie label Brainlove Records themselves.
In summary, there is an indoor and outdoor stage with music running from 2pm in the afternoon till late and over 20 acts running for this youthful, fizzy day of fun. To names some of the performers from the excitingly expressive first line-up: Dad Rocks! Napoleon IIIrd, Crushed Beaks, Mat Riviere, Octagon Court, Female Band, Bleeding Heart Narrative, Andrew Paul, Regan Tall Stories and Keel Her.
