London In Stereos Gigs Of The Week

Radfest – Ceremony // Jacuzzi Boys // DIIV // Holograms // Fear of Men // Halls & More - Hackney Downs Studio – Sunday 19th August
Radfest returns with a great line-up of all our favourite new bands. It’s not just about the music, though; with 15 live acts a market including Poster Roast poster exhibition, Kristina Records pop up store, clothes and food stalls as well as outdoor courtyard, it’s bound to be a Sunday treat. Tickets are only £15 in advance, so why wouldn’t you?

Churches // Beneath The Beach // Treasure Season – The Nest (Free before 10.30pm) – Saturday 18th August
If you haven’t already listened to Churches, I highly recommend clicking on the track below, it’s no secret that we love pop music, especially when it’s fronted with such a fantastic female Scottish accent. They play on Friday as well at KOKO, but we all know The Nest is better right?

Com Truise // Jape // Labyrinth Ear – Corsica Studios – Wenesday 15th August
We seem to have seen rather a lot of the American Com Truise lately, and each time he comes back it seems his live show is getting better. Due to refurbishments at XOYO, this show has been moved to Corsica, which we reckon will suit it FAR better suited to the line-up.
