Able2UK is a 5 hour live music festival being held at Camden Roundhouse next Monday in an attempt to raise disabled awareness.
The mini festival boasts quite an impressive collection of bands, acts include; Mystery Jets, Billy Bragg, Miles Kane, Frank Turner and finally Friendly Fires are set to headline the show.
Huw Stephens is comparing the event and there are set to be some surprises on the night. The lineup reveals there a ‘very special guest’ on stage at 6.45pm so the organiser, Howard Thorpe, strongly advise that you arrive in plenty of time, he added’To have such a line-up of this calibre is a dream come true and will be the perfect way to launch what I hope will become an annual event promoting disabled awareness.’
Hollywood actor and close friend of Thorpe Mark Walhberg has recorded this special film suggesting that you help support the admirable aims of the gig.
Tickets for ABLE2UK are priced at £30 ad are available on See Tickets, Ticketmaster and the venue box office. Funds raised by ABLE2UK will be spent on improving disabled facilities at festivals and other music venues, not only for wheelchair users but for blind, deaf, and those with co-ordination barriers.
