LFW SS13: J. JS Lee
A collection inspired by Berlin? I’m in.
Jackie Lee brought contrast to this season’s collection alongside her trademark minimal tailoring. Inspiration from the Berlin wall came in muted ‘brick’ shades that were juxtaposed with splashes of neon. Even a white small brick pattern made an appearance on many of the jackets and dresses. Not straying too far into the Berlin style, Jackie kept the collection strong and focused- as ever creating the perfect selection of modern basics-come-classics.
Launched in March 2010, J JS Lee seems like a young yet timeless label with much to bring. Yet again sustaining the high powers of a Central Saint Martin’s graduate.
