Taking place from November 24-28 is the inaugural London Kaleidoscope International Creative Festival – a series of exhibitions, workshops and conferences across a number of East London venues, notably the Barbican Centre. The event – the brainchild of artist and designer Timba Smits in collaboration with Gordon Shaw and Greg Beer – was set up with the goal of inspiring and encouraging creatives in any walk of life.
The concept of the festival came to fruition after Smits was savagely attacked on a London night bus. While spending nearly a year in recovery, Smits decided to promote positivity through creativity and Kaleidoscope was born. The expo has already attracted support from the likes of Little White Lies.
