Introducing: Amusement

If you’re looking for a pure-cut slice of slow-grooving, romantic alt-pop on your Tuesday afternoon, Croydon’s Amusement might be just the thing for you.

The brainchild of Andrew Smith and Joe Sigee who drew acclaim earlier this year for their remixes of Outfit, Dislosure and Theme Park, the Amusement ranks have doubled in recent months to incorporate drummer Ulysses Alvarez and bassist Holly Hardy. The end product of this is ‘King of the World’: a brooding and often temultuous track that recalls a new romantic slow-jam on ketamine.
