News: New Acts Join the Latitude Lineup

Just when you thought it couldn’t possibly get bigger, representatives from the upcoming Latitude Festival 2013 announced yet more additions to the seemingly endless lineup. Lasting from Thursday, 18th July to Sunday the 21st, Latitude offers hundreds of acts across seventeen venues, with a varied selection in music, film, comedy, dance, cabaret, literature, theatre, spoken word, and art. The host is so diverse, in fact, that Latitude quite literally has something for everyone, of any age or taste.

New to the expansive list of musical acts are:

Amateur Best, Austra, Charlie Bradley and His Extraordinaries, Duane Eddy, Flamingods, Grizzly Bear, Half Moon Run, James Skelly and the Intenders, James Yorkston, Joe Banfi, John Grant, Junip, Matt Corby, Milo Greene, Nick Mulvey, Night Engine, Richard Thompson Electric Trio, Rudimental, Ruen Brother, Stornoway, Teleman, Theme Park, and Tim Burgess.

They join the likes of Jessie Ware, Modest Mouse, Cat Power, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kraftwerk, Bloc Party, and Foals.

Unfortunately, this is one of those festivals that has so much packed into only a few days that it is impossible to see everything you want. The challenge here will be prioritizing. If you need help, you can check out the full lineup here, buy tickets here, and get all other information you need here.
