News: AllSaints Film launches with Kings of Leon documentary

Renowned for its creative innovation and individuality, AllSaints adds yet another dimension to its cutting edge brand by launching its film division, AllSaints Film. The division will commission young, up-and-coming filmmakers to release multiple projects each year, exploring everything from music and style to cutting-edge moving image installations. The bar is set high by debut release New Music City, a documentary created with Grammy-winning rockers, Kings of Leon. Exploring the rich cultural heritage of Nashville’s music scene through the lens of Serpents and Snakes, the band’s own independent record label, the film features exclusive interviews with KOL and live footage from the AllSaints/Serpents and Snakes showcase at this year’s SXSW. Produced by Somesuch & Co.New Music City will be available to view online from Tuesday 21 May.

To celebrate the launch of AllSaints Film, the label’s Earlham St store will be transformed into a screening room – complete with seats imported from a vintage Nashville movie theatre – where this New Music City teaser will be played around the clock from 21 May onwards.
