News: Fenech-Soler UK tour

To accompany the release of sophomore album Rituals, due for release this September, Fenech-Soler have confirmed a major UK and Ireland tour for November. Following the success of their self-titled debut in 2010, which earned them Q and XFM award nominations for ‘The Next Big Thing’ and ‘Best British Debut Album of the Year’ respectively, the electro-pop four piece has built a loyal fanbase for itself and enjoyed critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic. Managing to bowl over our writer Ben Cullen a few years ago, their live show is just as electric as their records.

‘Magnetic’, the first single from Rituals, marks the band’s triumphant and much-anticipated return from hiatus, due to the illness of lead singer Ben Duffy. The live scene welcomes back their brand of infectious hooks and punchy synths with open arms, as their November tour will see Fenech-Soler play their biggest London headline show to date at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on the 21st. In addition, the band is also confirmed to play the Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds festivals in the summer.
