Moniker Art Fair has a new home

London’s showcase event for contemporary art, Moniker Art Fair, is to return for a fourth time but will be staged at a new location: The Old Truman Brewery. Working with 16 galleries, the event will continue to grow and thrive as a focal point for the exploration of multi-disciplined artforms.

With its roots embedded into modern urban culture, Brick Lane’s iconic Old Truman Brewery is set to continue in showcasing established and emerging artists alike to its increasingly diverse collaborators of curators, artists and galleries. Ben Eine, Herakut and Polly Morgan are all artists who Moniker have championed in previous years.

The four day long event includes live painting, talks, tours, film screenings and exclusive art releases. Confirmed galleries for this year include London-based Stolen Space, The Netherlands’ Look For Art and Hang Up Gallery, who will be selling works (including secondary market Banksy works).

This will also be the first year that Moniker Art Fair has teamed up with artist-led group The Other Art Fair. Taking the strengths of both groups and putting them into one form means that The Old Truman Brewery is set to become a major area of London’s Autumn art week.

Moniker Art Festival will take place between 17th and 20th October at The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane (East London). More info can be found at their website.
