His psychedelic tracks make him stand out amongst the crowd and many describe Ronson as an 'acoustic warrior'.Hoping to set up his own record label in 2009, Ronson will see his first official release as well as play more high-profile acoustic shows and music festivals. His stage name derives from Ronson's hometown hero, the Hull based producer and sound engineer, Mick Ronson. The Kiplin comes from the cakes - mixing great ingredients helps make great songs. Ronson has showed us that UK psychadelic tunes didn't vanish in the 60s, they're still created as strong as ever - just sitting quietly underground waiting for the masses to hear.... I'm Ronson Kiplin, a singer songwriter from the north of England (Hull). I play a classic style of acoustic Northern "Rock 'N' Soul" songs which resemble current times as well as those in the past. The major influences that have developed my style are those such as Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Neil Young, but I also love anything that gives me a buzz
