Indie Punk
One More Won't Kill Us
The Hedrons
Measured Records
Indie Punk
‘Empire Records’ meets ‘Wayne’s World’; this is thrashy punk rock with attitude. Tia Carrere can easily be imagined playing this. Lead singer Tippi has a powerful voice which is not lost over the fast paced energetic punk sound – especially on Heatseeker which I listened to 15 times in a row - that will see The Hedrons successfully through the first part of 2007. They have already played over 120 shows and this is evident in the sound, well rehearsed but raw, smooth but gritty; very festival, very mosh pit, so hot right now- only one problem, it’s a tad samey but the only way is up for the ‘Drons.
