1) Entering any prize draw will deem entrants to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2) Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of District7 Ltd. or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular prize draw, is ineligible to participate.

3) Prize draws are only open to residents of the UK. Refunds will not be issued should an entrant incur a cost in participating if they are outside of this boundary.

4) You can enter any live prize draw via text message (standard network rate applies) or email as specified on this website.

5) If you opt to join the Future Prize Draws alerts service you will be informed of the most current prize draw via reverse billed SMS to your mobile phone.  You will be charged your standard network rate plus £1.50 to join and you will be billed £1.50 each week. 6) All entrants must be a minimum age of 18 and have the permission of the bill payer before entering.

7) We will issue no refunds or recourse for misdialled numbers or mistyped keywords.

8) There is no purchase necessary.  Nor for winner(s) to receive any prize is any purchase necessary.

9) All entries must be received by us by the closing date of the prize draw.  All entries will be pooled before a winner is drawn upon closure of the prize draw.

10) All decisions made by us are final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.

11) We will never charge, regardless of quantity, for any entries into prize draws.  However Entrants are liable for their standard costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks.

12) The winner(s) name(s) will be selected in a random draw from all entries received.  Winners will be notified up to 30 days from the closing date. Names of winners are available from us upon request.

13) If the winner(s) of the prize cannot be contacted by us for 7 days from the closing date after reasonable effort, we reserve the right to reissue the prize to another winner, which will be drawn from the same pool of entrants as explained above.  All prizes will be issued to a winner; we will continue to draw winners as per the above procedures until a winner has been successfully contacted.

14) If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable or unsuitable, we reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value or offer a cash alternative. No prizes may be exchanged or transferred.  Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes (where relevant).

15) Prizes Involving Travel: All travel, holiday, and health insurances shall be the responsibility of the prize winner(s) and not us.  All travel and holiday prizes must be taken within one year of the closing date of the prize draw.  We will not be held responsible for loss, thefts, personal injury or acts of God occurring during any holiday. Most prizes involving travel require under 21 year olds to be accompanied by an over 21 year old.

16) Any prize after being issued that is unclaimed by a winner, we will endeavour to contact the winner. After a reasonable time of trying to contact the winner we reserve the right to run a new prize draw for the unclaimed prize. If the winner claims the prize within 6 months after the closing date we will reissue the prize or an alternative to the first prize draw winner. This will not affect the new prize draw or prize of that prize draw.

17) All winner(s) agree to their first initial, family name and town of residence to be published and used for marketing purposes for us and our associated brands.

18) Where prizes are to be provided by a third party, the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with such provider. We will take no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons.

19) All entrants and winner(s) personal information remains our property.  We reserve the right to market to entrants and winners, products and/or any third party products we think are relevant.  A list of companies who may contact you via email, SMS or telephone are found HERE. If you wish to opt out of marketing please contact us and let us know.  We will only submit personal details to governmental bodies, police forces, regulators or phone networks should information be required to assist in any investigations concerning breach of regulations or illegal activity.  We will only submit information in response to written requests from any of the above parties.

20) We cannot be held liable for system failures on websites, mobile networks, or email systems. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third party involved in prize draws.  We will always endeavour to minimize the impact to the participant in the event of such failures.

21) We will not accept proof of sent SMS or email as proof of entry.

23) We reserve the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any prize draw which it considers has not fallen within the terms and conditions or has used illegitimate or illegal means to enter.

24) No responsibility will be accepted by us for any entries which do not fall within the terms and conditions stated.
