TOUR STARTS JULY 25: Hard-Fi are set to perform five small gigs to gain momentum for their second album 'Once Upon A Time In The West'. The band will hit Southampton, London , Stoke, Manchester and Edinburgh on the tour that kicks off on July 25. Fans are advised to register their details on Hard-Fi’s official website for a chance of bagging tickets. The dates go like this… July 25 – Joiners, Southampton July 26 – Dublin Castle , London July 27 – Sugarmill, Stoke July 29 – Roadhouse, Manchester July 30 – Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh

TOUR STARTS OCTOBER: Arcade Fire have announced that they will be doing a third London date later this year. The Canadian group confirmed the plans following huge demand for tickets for their Alexandra Palace show. The 'Neon Bible' clan will also be playing in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Cardiff and Nottingham on the UK tour in October. Here are the dates: October 26 – Glasgow SECC October 27 – Manchester MEN October 29 – Newcastle Metro Radio Arena October 30 – Cardiff International Arena October 31 – Nottingham Arena November 17/18/19 – London Alexandra Palace

The Kaiser Chiefs

TOUR STARTS NOVEMBER: The Kaiser Chiefs haven't let negative critics get them down judging by the band's latest news. The Leeds lads have announced that they will be playing a string of UK arena dates later in the year. So far, ten dates have been confirmed but it is expected that more shows will follow. It will be the Kaiser's biggest tour to date. The dates are as follows: NOVEMBER 21 – Exeter Westpoint Arena 22 - Bournemouth BIC 24 - Cardiff CIA 26 - Birmingham NIA 28 - Nottingham Arena 30 - Manchester MEN Arena DECEMBER 3 - Sheffield Hallam FM Arena 4 - Hull Arena 10 - Newcastle Metro Radio Arena 14 - London Earls Court

Rufus Wainwright, Scott Matthews

TOUR STARTS OCTOBER: Scott Matthews has been confirmed as the special guest on Rufus Wainwright’s UK tour later in the year. Following each of their performances at Glastonbury last weekend, the singer songwriters are joining forces for the 11 date tour around the country. Wolverhampton born Matthews is about to re-release his debut album 'Passing Stranger' following his recent success and Ivor Novello award win. The dates are as follows: OCT 2007 13 - Gateshead, Sage 14 - Glasgow, Clyde Auditorium 17 - Liverpool, Philharmonic 18 - Manchester, Apollo 19 - Sheffield, City Hall 21 - Cambridge, Corn Exchange 22 - Cardiff, Millenium Centre 25 - Birmingham, Symphony Hall 27 - Harrogate, International Centre 29 - Poole, Lighthouse 30 - London, Hammersmith Apollo Tickets are priced £35 each and are available from Friday 29 June.

Mark Ronson is to tour the UK later this year. Kicking off at Liverpool Carling Academy on October 12, the hit producer and DJ will be hitting Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Bristol in the 11 date jaunt. His collaboration with Lily Allen – a cover of Kaiser Chiefs ‘Oh My God’ – is due out on July 16. We interviewed the man himself. Read what he had to say here . The Wombats/The Holloways

TOUR STARTS 14 SEPTEMBER: The Wombats have announced that they are to co-headline a UK tour with The Holloways. The 12 date tour kicks off in Birmingham on September 14, with two Liverpool shows (an all-ages matinee and a full evening gig) planned as a homecoming for the North West based three piece. Recently, Wombats frontman Matthew Murphy came down with a pesky bout of tonsillitis forcing the band to reschedule dates in their current 48 date tour. TOUR STARTS TUESDAY 2 OCTOBER: Horray, Paul and the Park are back on the road this Autumn! After their shockingly good shows earlier this year, Maximo Park are hitting a town near you with their distinctive Geordie art-rocker sound and jaunty indie popsters Good Shoes in tow as main support. TOUR STARTS TUESDAY 12 JUNE: American duo CocoRosie will be touring the UK following the release of their recent LP 'The Adventures of Ghostborn & Stillborn'. Strings mistress Sierra Casady (Rosie) and her children's toy playing sister Bianca (Coco) specialise in psych indie rock of the eccentric kind, mashing up genres from folk to opera in the process.
