PLANETNOTION TELEVISION!
CAMERA-FOLK AND FILM EDITORS WANTED!
Planet Notion is looking for guys and dolls to film and edit features for its new TV channel, PNTV. Accompanying Notion to artist interviews, gigs, fashion shows, festivals and international events, you will be skilled, passionate and full of ideas about how to produce shit-hot video content. Camera-folk will be experienced and ideally have their own equipment, or at least access to equipment, while editors must be able to turn projects around quickly, and with stylistic flare. If you can both film and edit content, we would especially like to hear from you! These casual, unpaid positions would be ideal for those looking to develop their showreels, and to get the chance to travel, film major artists and top events.

Bassist Alex James hints at Blur reunion!
Bassist Alex James hints at Blur reunion!
23/05/2008
Cheese enthusiast and ex-Blur bassist, Alex James, has indicated that a group reunion could be on the cards.

James was at the 'Shared Responsibility' event in Trafalgar Square yesterday with politicians from the UK and Columbia, tackling the issue of recreational drug use and its effect on the Columbian environment. Speaking to BBC 6 Music from the event, James admitted that a Blur reunion was a serious possibility.

“We’re all pretty busy,” James commented, “but I’d be surprised if [a reunion] never happens. But I would be terrified if it happened on Monday”.

A Blur reunion has been rumoured for some time, with bassist James, singer Damon Albarn, drummer Dave Rowntree, and guitarist Graham Coxon, expected to return to the studio at the end of last year. However, that didn’t take place.

Coxon has gone on to be a successful solo-artist whilst Albarn has been concentrating on work with 'The Good, The Bad and The Queen', 'Gorrilaz' and operatic visual theatre.

Blur shot to prominence during the Brit-pop era, gaining two number one singles and releasing a total of seven albums from 1991 to 2003.
