 There are some things Notion likes: burgers, chicken, Tropicana… And there are some things Notion loves: Guinness, Jack Daniels, Emma Bell. So we’re absolutely delighted to bring you news of Vault for Vauxhall, an event for motoring company Vauxhall, brought to you by fashion designer, Emma Bell.
Bell showcased her Spring/Summer 09 collection at Vauxhall Fashion Scout earlier this year, and they, like Notion, clearly loved her, as they’ve invited her to present their latest event.
Bell has gone about collaborating with Vauxhall in her own inimitable way, decorating cars with penny sweets and candy-floss, and inviting infamous hairdresser Charlie Mindu along to style hair in an in-car salon.
Jodie Harsh will be DJing at the event, whilst performance artist Scottee, who you may have seen in the introductory video to Bell’s London Fashion Week show, will also be performing. In addition, Bell has designed sugar-coated palm trees and transformed a car into a disco ball, which will have paparazzi type light-bulbs reflecting off it.
Bit weird, but that’s why we like it…
