| Spain's Rocket Festival: Stunning views and bangin' tunes! |

 The famous English poet John Masefield once said: “Coming in solemn beauty like slow old tunes of Spain.” I’m not sure about solemn but things are certainly getting lively as the latest line-up for Spain’s stunning Rocket Festival is announced.
Set within an Andalucian landscape of gorgeous greens and rustic reds, Rocket’s roots are based firmly in the festivals and fairs of the past. But despite Rocket’s traditional approach, the festival offers a line-up of modern, pumping, high-profile acts from around the globe.
Blending all the fun of the circus, with performing arts, street theatre and the latest “bangin’ tunes” - electro, hip hop, drum n bass, world music and human beat-boxing, 2008 is set to be bigger than ever.
Acts this year include Coldcut, Pendulum, The Nextmen, JFB & Beardyman, Evil Nine, Bad Manners, Transformer, Serge Santiago, Icicle, Groove Allegiance, Babyhead, Zen Hussies and many more.
Furthermore, Rocket’s notorious Carnival Parade rolls into the middle of the festival once again with a unique drum n bass dance show. We’re talking high riding Cowgirls on stilts, hoards of flame throwers, mutant aeroplanes (Mad Max style), jugglers, Spanish clowns, acrobats and a massive procession of floats.
Oh, and if you fancy chilling out and relaxing after all that madness the Natural Living Area is back, offering Yoga and relaxation for the young, extremely young, old and older. The 18 foot Tipi’s also return with canvas flooring and roofs, hand woven cotton rugs to curl up on, and every other 5 star comfort one could ask for. Ah, bliss!
