03/07/2009 God, it’s great when nobody is in the office except for us. Pure bliss.
We can stick on whatever music we like. On this occasion a spot of Pulp: Countdown.
We can laze about and do nothing. We can sing and dance and piss on the toilet seat. We can go out on the fire exit for a cigarette and admire the scenic views.
Well, that’s a bit of an overstatement; we can admire the rats scuttling around the barren wasteland below the stairwell.
In a nut-shell, we’ve got choices. Options. The world is momentarily our oyster.
A new two-day festival, taking place in London’s Soho, is set to give punters a good choice as well, with multiple acts set to play multiple venues on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th September.
And thelondonpaper and MAMA festivals are pleased to announce that tickets for thelondonpaper HEADLINERS festival are NOW ON SALE!
The first acts have been announced and they include multi-platinum selling pop starlet Sophie Ellis-Bextor. There she is! Up there, pictured top right. F*ck she’s gorgeous, isn’t she?
